I had a great stay at this hotel in Taipei. First of all, the prices were very reasonable and it offered a great value for money. The staff was extremely supportive and helpful, despite their limited English-speaking ability. They went out of their way to provide excellent service. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, situated on a quiet alley but still close to various street food and restaurants. Furthermore, the room had a 6th floor-view with plenty of natural daylight coming through the window. It was a pleasant surprise to have such a bright and uplifting space.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was wonderful and there were no major issues.

Christmas at the hotel was a wonderful experience for me and my family. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Free coffee in the room was a nice touch, and the internet connection was really strong - perfect for catching up on some work emails. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was oh-so-comfy.

The water pressure in the shower, it was a bit low and it took me ages to get rid of the shampoo. Not only that, but the hanger or a hook for my jacket was nonexistent, which was a bit frustrating when I arrived and had to figure out where to put it.

The staff is really helpful and willing to suggest good restaurants and directions to the city. The rooms are spacious and sparkling, and guests can enjoy a lovely hot tub in the bathroom.

The only downside to this otherwise pleasant experience is the lack of English signage outside the hotel.
